Abstract

L'échographe (1) à dispositif distributeur de gel (2) rapporté ou intégré à au moins une sonde émettrice de signaux (3) comprend un réservoir de gel approprié à la transmission d'ondes ultrasoniques aux fins d'actes médicaux paramédicaux et ou vétérinaires. Ledit réservoir (4) solidaire de la sonde (3) débouche par au moins un orifice à proximité de la fenêtre d'émission et ou de réception des signaux (7) de la sonde (3). Ledit réservoir est une poche souple (4a, 4b), hermétique et stérile reliée hermétiquement par des tubes (8) ou équivalents à une pompe (9) elle-même reliée hermétiquement à au moins une sonde (3). Utilisation du circuit de fluide de l'échographe (1) comprenant au moins la poche (4a, 4b) souple hermétique et stérile, reliée hermétiquement via le tube (8) à l'ensemble pompe (9) relié hermétiquement via le tube (10) pour alimenter en gel la fenêtre d'émission et/ou de réception des signaux (7) de la sonde (3) pour affranchir automatiquement l'opérateur de l'action parasite d'apport manuel de gel et pour prémunir le gel restant pour les actes ultérieurs de contact avec l'air, le patient ou tous autres sources ou facteurs de contamination.
