Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif de diodes laser pour la détermination non invasive de valeurs plasmatiques de TSH, de T3 et de T4. Trois sources de diodes laser sont impliquées, ces sources présentant des longueurs d’ondes comprises entre 500 et 1000 nm et des puissances comprises entre 0,1 et 5 mW. Les trois rayons incidents sont absorbés de manière sélective par la présence de TSH, de T3 et de T4 plasmatiques, ce qui permet ainsi de déterminer l'activation de trois photodiodes spécifiques capables d’indiquer la différence de puissance par rapport à la valeur d'émission de départ. Les valeurs électriques des photodiodes sont transmises sous forme analogique à un microprocesseur, en étant converties en valeurs numériques à l’aide d’un algorithme spécifique, puis le rapport entre les valeurs obtenues est calculé, les valeurs étant traduites en valeurs de TSH, T3 et T4 plasmatiques, la valeur de TSH étant la valeur de référence. Le dispositif peut être alimenté au moyen de batteries ou de câbles, et un système de centrage approprié permet de placer le doigt soumis à l'examen au niveau du centre de convergence des 3 rayons.
