Abstract

본 발명은 오메가-3계 고도불포화 지방산의 고순도 정제방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 a) 캔디다(Candida) 속, 리조퍼스(Rhizopus) 속, 무코(Mucor) 속, 아스퍼질러스(Aspergillus) 속 및 수도모나스(Pseudomonas) 속으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나이상의 미생물에서 추출된 효소촉매 존재하에서 천연유지를 에탄올을 이용 에탄올리시스(ethanolysis)하여 지방산 에틸 에스테르(Fatty acid ethyl ester; FAEE)를 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 제조된 지방산 에틸 에스테르를 100 내지 200℃ 및 0.001 내지 10mmHg에서 단증류(Short Path Distillation;SPD) 장치를 이용하여 예비증류하는 단계;c) 상기 예비증류를 거친 에틸 에스테르를 100 내지 200℃ 및 0.001 내지 10mmHg에서 감압분별증류하여 농축지방산이 형성되는 단계; d) 상기 농축지방산을 모사 이동상(Simulated Moving Bed;SMB) 컬럼 크로마토그래피를 통해 정제하는 단계;를 포함하는 오메가-3계 고도불포화 지방산의 고순도 정제방법을 포함하여 환경친화적이면서도 용이하게 이용할 수 있는 오메가-3계 고도불포화 지방산의 고순도 정제방법에 관한 것이다.
