Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système permettant la purification par voie humide de gaz haute température. Le système met en œuvre une tour de refroidissement et un échangeur thermique permettant de refroidir et de purifier simultanément des gaz haute température. Le système de purification par voie humide de gaz haute température selon l'invention comprend : un dispositif de purification par voie humide constitué d’un conduit d'admission dans lequel entre un gaz pollué, d’une sortie permettant d'évacuer un gaz purifié, d’un boîtier de nettoyage permettant de guider le gaz pollué qui entre dans le conduit d'admission vers la sortie, ainsi qu'une buse d'injection du liquide de nettoyage installée dans le boîtier de nettoyage destinée à injecter un liquide de nettoyage en vue du nettoyage par voie humide; un tuyau/une pompe de circulation de nettoyage permettant de renvoyer le liquide de nettoyage présent dans le boîtier de nettoyage du dispositif de purification par voie humide vers la buse d'injection du liquide de nettoyage, la pompe de circulation de nettoyage étant installée dans le tuyau de circulation de nettoyage; une tour de refroidissement constituée d'un ventilateur de refroidissement situé au sommet pour abaisser la température d'une eau de refroidissement chauffée, et d'une buse d'injection conçue pour la tour de refroidissement et installée au bas du ventilateur de refroidissement pour pulvériser une eau de refroidissement; un tuyau/une pompe de circulation de refroidissement permettant de renvoyer l'eau de refroidissement présente dans la tour de refroidissement vers la buse d'injection de la tour de refroidissement; et un échangeur thermique permettant de refroidir indirectement le liquide de nettoyage présent dans le tuyau de circulation de nettoyage avec le liquide de refroidissement présent dans le tuyau de circulation de refroidissement.
