Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'aide à l'implantation d'une prothèse de hanche sur un individu, comprenant un cotyle destiné à être placé dans l'os iliaque dudit individu et une partie fémorale destinée à être solidarisée au fémur dudit individu, comprenant : des moyens d'imagerie du corps humain, comprenant des moyens de repérage de la position des images dans l'espace; des moyens de calcul de la version pelvienne dudit individu dans au moins trois situations de référence, respectivement debout, allongé et assis, par analyse d'images délivrées par lesdits moyens d'imagerie; des moyens de mesure de la position dudit cotyle par rapport au bassin dudit individu; des moyens de restitution simultanée d'informations représentatives de la mobilité prothétique de la hanche par rapport à chacune desdites situations de référence, pour une position courante dudit cotyle, ainsi que des moyens de détermination de la position d'au moins trois sommets du cotyle anatomique dudit individu, et des moyens de correction desdites informations représentatives de la mobilité prothétique, de façon à tenir compte des limites de collision anatomiques.
