Abstract

Dispositif de dosage (C) compatible avec un format multipuits pour la conduite d'une réaction biologique entre molécules de captage et molécules cibles, comprenant: un capuchon (A) à parois latérales (7), surface supérieure (5) et surface inférieure (6) reliées par au moins un canal d'entrée (10) et au moins un canal de sortie (11); la surface supérieure (5) du capuchon (A) comporte une indentation d'arrêt (15), un puits (B) à parois latérales (3) et une surface inférieure (4) sur laquelle sont immobilisées des molécules de captage; le capuchon (A) et le puits (B) sont en différents matériaux polymères, de préférence un polymère de cyclooléfine pour le capuchon (A) et un polypropylène pour le puits (B), - les parois latérales (7) du capuchon (A) et les parois latérales(3) du puits (B) comprennent des moyens de vissage complémentaires (12,13) permettant de fermer hermétiquement le capuchon (A) dans le puits (B) pour former une chambre (1) entre la surface inférieure (6) du capuchon (A) et la surface inférieure (4) du puits (B); et les deux surfaces sont essentiellement parallèles, sachant qu'il existe une distance de variation entre les deux surfaces inférieure à 100 μm, et de préférence inférieure à 20 μm, et que la chambre (1) a une hauteur inférieure à 5 mm, de préférence à 2 mm, et qu'elle est de préférence étanche à la vapeur et aux fluides, lorsque le capuchon (A) est hermétiquement fermé dans le puits (B).
