본 발명은 콘텐트를 송수신하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로 보다 상세히는 클라이언트가 클라이언트에 설정된 연령 제한에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 서버로부터 수신하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
배경기술
디지털 콘텐트의 증가와 더불어, 콘텐트를 소비할 수 있는 연령에 제한을 두기 위한 방법들이 개발되고 있다. 성적인 표현 또는 폭력적인 장면을 포함하고 있는 콘텐트로부터 어린이, 청소년을 보호하기 위함이다.
DVD, CD 와 같은 콘텐트 기록 매체에 등급을 표시하거나, 공중파를 통해 방송되는 방송 콘텐트에 시청 등급을 표시하는 등 다양한 방법으로 어린이, 청소년의 유해 콘텐트 접근을 차단하고 있다.
이러한 종래 기술에 따른 콘텐트 접근을 제한하는 방법들을 모두 콘텐트의 일부에 성적인 표현을 포함하고 있거나, 폭력적인 장면이 포함된 경우에도 콘텐트 전부에 대한 접근을 차단한다.

 기술적 해결방법
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 클라이언트에 설정된 연령 제한에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 송수신하는 방법 및 장치를 제공하는데 있고, 상기 방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체를 제공하는데 있다.
유리한 효과
본 발명의 일 실시예 따르면, 콘텐트에 대한 접근은 허용하되, 연령 제한 사유가 존재하는 콘텐트의 일부를 필터링하여 렌더링할 수 있기 때문에 콘텐트의 활용도를 보다 높일 수 있으며, 결과적으로 콘텐트 관련 산업의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다.
발명의 실시를 위한 최선의 형태
상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 클라이언트가 서버로부터 콘텐트를 수신하는 방법은 상기 클라이언트에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 상기 서버에 전송하는 단계; 및 상기 요청 메시지에 대한 응답으로 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 서버로부터 수신하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 변경된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 보다 바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 삭제된 콘텐트 또는 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 대체된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 보다 바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 상기 콘텐트 요청 메시지는 HTTP 요청 메시지이고, 상기 연령 제한에 정보는 상기 HTTP 요청 메시지의 헤더에 포함되는 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 서버가 클라이언트에 콘텐트를 제공하는 방법은 상기 클라이언트에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 상기 클라이언트로부터 수신하는 단계; 및 상기 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 변경된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 보다 바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계는 상기 클라이언트로부터 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 기초해 연령 제한 등급에 따라 구분된 복수의 필터링된 콘텐트에 중에서 상기 클라이언트에 전송할 필터링된 콘텐트를 선택하는 단계; 및 상기 선택된 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계를 포함한다.
본 발명에 따른 보다 바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계는 상기 클라이언트로부터 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 기초해 필터링된 콘텐트를 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 선택된 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계를 포함한다.
상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 클라이언트의 콘텐트를 수신하는 장치는 상기 클라이언트에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 상기 서버에 전송하는 콘텐트요청부; 상기 요청 메시지에 대한 응답으로 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 서버로부터 수신하는 콘텐트수신부; 및 상기 수신된 콘텐트를 렌더링(rendering)하는 콘텐트렌더링부를 포함하고, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 변경된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 서버의 콘텐트를 제공하는 장치는 상기 클라이언트에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 상기 클라이언트로부터 수신하는 요청수신부; 및 상기 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 콘텐트제공부를 포함하고, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 변경된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위해 본 발명의 일 실시예는 상기된 콘텐트 수신 방법 및 콘텐트 제공 방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체를 제공한다.
 발명의 실시를 위한 형태
이하에서는 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예들을 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 콘텐트 송수신 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 클라이언트(10)는 서버(11)에 소정의 콘텐트를 요청하여 수신한다. 콘텐트는 IPTV(Internet Protocol TV) 서비스와 관련된 콘텐트일 수 있으며, 이 경우 클라이언트(10)는 IPTV 클라이언트로서 셋톱박스일 수 있으며, 서버(11)는 IPTV 서비스 제공자가 운영하는 콘텐트 서버일 수 있다.
단계 110에서 클라이언트(10)는 연령 제한을 설정한다. 클라이언트(10)가 보유하고 있는 연령 제한과 관련된 어플리케이션을 구동하여 연령 제한을 설정한다. 예를 들어, 12세, 15세 또는 18세와 같이 클라이언트(10)가 서버(11)로부터 수신하여 소비할 수 있는 콘텐트의 등급을 설정한다.
단계 120에서 클라이언트(10)는 단계110에서 설정한 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 서버(11)에 전송한다. 클라이언트(10)가 서버(11)에 콘텐트를 요청할 때 연령 제한에 대한 정보도 함께 전송하여 서버(11)가 클라이언트(10)의 연령 제한에 부합하는 콘텐트를 제공할 수 있게 한다.
콘텐트를 요청하는 메시지가 HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol)에 따른 메시지인 경우 HTTP 요청 메시지의 헤더에 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함시켜 전송한다.
예를 들어, 콘텐트를 요청하는 HTTP GET 메소드에 따라 작성된 HTTP 메시지의 헤더에 클라이언트(10)에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함시켜 서버(11)에 전송한다.
단계 130에서 서버(130)는 단계120에서 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 선택 또는 생성한다. 필터링된 콘텐트는 단계 120에서 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부만 변경된 콘텐트이다. 도 2a 내지 2c, 도 3a 및 3b 및 도 4를 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 2a 내지 2c는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 원본 콘텐트 및 복수의 필터링된 콘텐트를 도시한다. 도 2a 내지 2c는 클라이언트(10)가 서버(11)에 요청하여 제공받는 콘텐트가 웹 콘텐트인 경우를 예로 들어 설명한다.
도 2a를 참조하면, 서버(11)가 제공하는 웹 콘텐트(20)는 복수의 객체들(210 내지 230)을 포함할 수 있다. 다시 말해, 웹 콘텐트(20)에는 동영상(210), 이미지(220) 및 텍스트(230)가 모두 포함되어 있을 수 있다.
이중에서 콘텐트의 일부인 동영상(210)이 연령 제한에 따라 클라이언트(10)에 제공될 수 없다면, 도 2b에 도시된 바와 같이 동영상(212)만 필터링하여 웹 콘텐트(20)에서 삭제하거나, 다른 동영상으로 대체한다.
마찬가지로 콘텐트의 일부인 동영상(210) 및 이미지(220)가 연령 제한에 따라 클라이언트(10)에 제공될 수 없다면, 도 2c에 도시된 바와 같이 동영상(212) 및 이미지(214)만을 필터링하여 웹 콘텐트(20)에서 삭제하거나, 다른 동영상 및 이미지로 대체한다.
클라이언트(10)가 단계 120에서 HTTP 요청 메시지를 전송하여 웹 콘텐트를 요청하면, 단계 130에서 서버(11)는 도 2a 내지 2c에 도시된 웹 콘텐트 중 요청 메시지에 포함된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 부합하는 콘텐트를 선택할 수 있다. 서버(11)는 미리 도 2a 내지 2c에 도시된 웹 콘텐트들을 미리 생성하여 보유하고 있다가 웹 콘텐트의 제공을 요청받으면, 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 참조해 도 2a 내지 2c에 도시된 웹 콘텐트들 중 하나를 선택한다.
또한, 서버(11)는 단계 120에서 클라이언트(10)로부터 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 수신한 후에 웹 콘텐트를 동적으로 생성할 수 있다. 다시 말해, 단계 12에서 클라이언트(10)로부터 HTTP 요청 메시지를 수신한 후에 도 2b 또는 도 2c에 도시된 웹 콘텐트를 생성한다.
도 3a 및 3b는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 원본 콘텐트 및 필터링된 콘텐트를 도시한다.
도 3a 및 3b는 웹 콘텐트(30)에 포함된 객체들이 모두 동일한 종류의 객체인 경우 일부 객체를 필터링하는 실시예를 도시한다.
도 3a에 도시된 바와 같이 서버(10)가 제공하는 웹 콘텐트(30)는 드라마 채널에 대한 정보(310), 영화 채널에 대한 정보(320) 및 성인 채널에 대한 정보(330)를 포함할 수 있으며, 이러한 객체들(310 내지330)은 모두 동일한 종류의 객체 즉, 동영상 또는 이미지 또는 텍스트일 수 있다.
객체들(310 내지 330) 중에서 성인 채널에 대한 정보(330)는 클라이언트(11)의 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라서 도 3b에 도시된 바와 같이 필터링될 수 있다. 성인 채널에 대한 정보(330)는 웹 콘텐트(30)에서 필터링되어 삭제되거나, 다른 정보로 대체될 수 있다.
도 2a 내지 2c와 관련하여 전술한 바와 마찬가지로 클라이언트(10)가 단계 120에서 HTTP 요청 메시지를 전송하여 웹 콘텐트를 요청하면, 단계 130에서 서버(11)는 도 3a 및3b에 도시된 웹 콘텐트 중에서 요청 메시지에 포함된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 부합하는 웹 콘텐트를 선택하거나, 요청 메시지를 수신한 후에 동적으로 생성한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 원본 콘텐트 및 필터링된 콘텐트를 도시한다. 도 4는 단계 120에서 클라이언트(10)가 서버(11)에 요청하는 콘텐트가 전술한 웹 콘텐트가 아닌 경우를 도시한다.
도 4를 참조하면, 원본 동영상 콘텐트(40)는 복수의 장면(Scene#1 ~ Scene#n)으로 구성되어 있다. 콘텐트의 일부 즉, 특정 장면(Scene #2)만 연령 제한에 의해 필터링되어야 하는 경우, 특정 장면(Scene #2)만 삭제 또는 다른 장면으로 대체할 수 있다.
클라이언트(10)가 단계 120에서 HTTP 요청 메시지를 전송하여 동영상 콘텐트를 요청하면, 단계 130에서 서버(11)는 도 4에 도시된 동영상 콘텐트들 중 요청 메시지에 포함된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 부합하는 콘텐트를 선택하거나, 요청 메시지를 수신한 후에 동적으로 생성한다.
도 4는 콘텐트가 동영상 콘텐트인 경우를 예로 들어 설명하나, 다른 종류의 콘텐트에도 본원 발명을 적용할 수 있음은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 쉽게 이해할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 이미지 콘텐트 중 일부만 삭제 또는 다른 이미지로 대체할 수 있다.
단계 140에서 서버(11)는 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 클라이언트(10)에 전송한다. 단계 130에서 복수의 콘텐트 중에서 선택되거나, 동적으로 생성된 콘텐트를 클라이언트(11)에 전송한다.
단계 150에서 클라이언트(10)는 단계140에서 수신한 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 렌더링한다. 웹 콘텐트를 브라우저(browser)를 이용해 표현하거나, 동영상을 동영상 재생 어플리케이션을 이용해 재생한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 콘텐트 송수신 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
단계 510에서 클라이언트(10)는 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 서버(11)에 전송한다. 콘텐트를 요청하는 메시지는 콘텐트를 요청하는 HTTP GET 메소드에 따라 작성된 HTTP 메시지일 수 잇다.
단계 520에서 서버(11)는 필터링 가능한 콘텐트를 생성한다. 설정된 연령 제한에 따라 클라이언트(10)가 직접 콘텐트를 동적으로 구성하는데 필요한 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트를 생성한다.
도 2a 내지 2c와 관련하여 전술한 웹 콘텐트를 예로 들어 설명하면, 도 2a 내지 2c에 도시된 필터링된 웹 콘텐트들을 서버(11)가 생성하여 전송하는 것이 아니라, 웹 콘텐트의 객체들(210 내지230) 중 일부를 클라이언트(10)가 삭제 또는 대체하여 필터링된 웹 콘텐트를 생성할 수 있도록 연령 제한에 따른 콘텐트의 동적 구성에 대한 정보를 포함하는 필터링 가능한 콘텐트를 생성한다. 도 6을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 필터링 가능한 콘텐트를 도시한다.
도 6은 단계 520에서 생성되는 필터링 가능한 콘텐트가 웹 콘텐트로서 HTML에 의해 생성된 경우를 도시한다. 도 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 시예에 따른 필터링 가능한 콘텐트는 헤더에 클라이언트(10)가 콘텐트를 필터링할 수 있도록 자바 스크립트(java script)를 포함한다. 연령 제한에 따라 서로 다른 주소의 웹 콘텐트가 클라이언트(10)의 브라우저에 의해 렌더링될 수 있다.
연령 제한이 12세로 되어 있는 경우에는 'http://www.testwebserver/Teenage.html'의 웹 콘텐트가 브라우저에 렌더링되며, 연령 제한이 없는 경우에는'http://www.testwebserver/Adult.html'의 웹 콘텐트가 렌더링된다.
다시 도 5를 참조하면, 단계 530에서 서버(11)는 단계 520에서 생성된 필터링 가능한 콘텐트를 클라이언트(10)에 제공한다.
단계 540에서 클라이언트(10)는 단계530에서 수신된 필터링 가능한 콘텐트를 렌더링한다. 클라이언트(10)에 설정되어 있는 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 참조해 단계 530에서 수신된 필터링 가능한 콘텐트를 필터링하고, 필터링된 콘텐트를 렌더링한다. 도 6과 같이 생성된 필터링 가능한 웹 콘텐트를 콘텐트 필터링 기능을 수행하는 플러그 인이나 브라우저 내장 객체를 이용해 필터링하고, 렌더링한다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 다른 콘텐트 수신 장치를 도시한다.
도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 콘텐트 수신 장치는 콘텐트요청부(710), 콘텐트수신부(720) 및 콘텐트렌더링부(730)를 포함한다.
콘텐트요청부(710)는 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 서버(11)에 전송한다. 콘텐트 요청 메시지에는 클라이언트(10)에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보도 포함될 수 있다. 콘텐트를 요청하는 메시지는 헤더에 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함하는 HTTP 요청 메시지일 수 있다.
콘텐트수신부(720)는 콘텐트요청부(710)에서 전송한 콘텐트 요청 메시지에 대한 응답으로 서버(11)가 전송하는 콘텐트를 수신한다. 수신되는 콘텐트는 도 1의 단계 130과 관련하여 전술한 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 변경된 필터링된 콘텐트일 수 있다. 또한, 수신되는 콘텐트는 도 5와 관련하여 전술한 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링 가능한 콘텐트일 수도 있다.
필터링된 콘텐트는 콘텐트의 일부가 삭제되거나 대체된 콘텐트로서 상세한 설명은 도 2a 내지 2c, 도 3a 및 3b, 도 4와 관련하여 전술하였다. 또한, 필터링된 콘텐트는 서버(11)가 미리 생성한 복수의 필터링된 콘텐트 중에서 선택한 콘텐트 일 수도 있고, 클라이언트(10)의 요청에 따라 서버(11)가 동적으로 생성한 콘텐트 일 수도 있다.
필터링 가능한 콘텐트는 콘텐트렌더링부(730)가 콘텐트를 동적으로 구성하는데 필요한 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트로서 도 6과 관련하여 전술하였다.
콘텐트렌더링부(730)는 콘텐트수신부(720)가 수신한 콘텐트를 렌더링한다. 콘텐트수신부(720)가 수신한 콘텐트가 웹 콘텐트인 경우 콘텐트렌더링부(730)는 브라우저를 구동하는 기능을 수행하는 모듈일 수 있다.
콘텐트수신부(720)가 수신한 콘텐트가 서버(11)에서 필터링된 콘텐트인 경우에 콘텐트렌더링부(730)는 수신된 콘텐트를 그대로 렌더링한다. 렌더링되는 콘텐트는 원본 콘텐트의 일부가 삭제되거나 대체된 콘텐트이다.
콘텐트수신부(720)가 수신한 콘텐트가 필터링 가능한 콘텐트인 경우에 콘텐트렌더링부(730)는 수신된 콘텐트 필터링 가능한 콘텐트를 클라이언트(10)에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 참조해 필터링하고, 필터링된 콘텐트를 렌더링한다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 콘텐트 제공 장치를 도시한다.
도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 콘텐트 제공 장치는 요청수신부(810) 및 콘텐트제공부(820)를 포함한다.
요청수신부(810)는 클라이언트(10)로부터 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 수신한다. 콘텐트 요청 메시지에는 클라이언트(10)에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보가 포함되어 있을 수 있다. 콘텐트 요청 메시지가 HTTP 요청 메시지인 경우에는 헤더에 연령 제한에 대한 정보가 포함되어 있을 수 있다.
콘텐트제공부(820)는 요청수신부(810)에서 수신된 콘텐트 요청 메시지에 대한 응답으로 콘텐트를 클라이언트(10)에 제공한다. 필터링된 콘텐트 또는 필터링 가능한 콘텐트를 클라이언트(10)에 제공한다.
미리 생성된 복수의 필터링된 콘텐트 중에서 요청수신부(810)에서 수신한 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 부합하는 필터링된 콘텐트를 선택하여 클라이언트(10)에 제공하거나, 요청수신부(810)에서 수신한 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 부합하는 필터링된 콘텐트를 동적으로 구성하여 클라이언트(10)에 제공한다. 클라이언트(10)가 직접 연령 제한에 따라 콘텐트를 필터링할 수 있도록 필터링 가능한 콘텐트를 클라이언트(10)에 제공할 수도 있다.
종래 기술에 따르면, 콘텐트의 일부에 연령 제한 사유가 있는 경우 콘텐트에 대한 접근 자체를 차단하였다. 그러나, 본 발명의 일 실시예 따르면, 콘텐트에 대한 접근은 허용하되, 연령 제한 사유가 존재하는 콘텐트의 일부를 필터링하여 렌더링할 수 있기 때문에 콘텐트의 활용도를 보다 높일 수 있으며, 결과적으로 콘텐트 관련 산업의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명이 상기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 이는 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다. 따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 아래에 기재된 특허청구범위에 의해서만 파악되어야 하고, 이와 균등하거나 또는 등가적인 변형 모두는 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다 할 것이다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 시스템은 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체에 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드로서 구현하는 것이 가능하다.

또한, 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는 컴퓨터 시스템에 의하여 읽혀질 수 있는 데이터가 저장되는 모든 종류의 기록장치를 포함한다. 기록매체의 예로는 ROM, RAM, CD-ROM, 자기 테이프, 플로피 디스크, 광데이터 저장장치 등이 있으며, 또한 캐리어 웨이브(예를 들어 인터넷을 통한 전송)의 형태로 구현되는 것도 포함한다. 또한 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는 네트워크로 연결된 컴퓨터 시스템에 분산되어 분산방식으로 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다.

Claims (20)

    클라이언트가 서버로부터 콘텐트를 수신하는 방법에 있어서,
    상기 클라이언트에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 상기 서버에 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 요청 메시지에 대한 응답으로 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 서버로부터 수신하는 단계를 포함하고,
    상기 필터링된 콘텐트는 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 변경된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 수신 방법.

    제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는
    상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 삭제된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 수신 방법.

    제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는
    상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 대체된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 수신 방법.

    제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 콘텐트 요청 메시지는 HTTP 요청 메시지이고, 상기 연령 제한에 정보는 상기 HTTP 요청 메시지의 헤더에 포함되는 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 수신 방법.
  5. 【청구항 5】
    서버가 클라이언트에 콘텐트를 제공하는 방법에 있어서,
    상기 클라이언트에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 상기 클라이언트로부터 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계를 포함하고,
    상기 필터링된 콘텐트는 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 변경된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 제공 방법.

    제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는
    상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 삭제된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 제공 방법.

    제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는
    상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 대체된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 제공 방법.

    제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계는
    상기 클라이언트로부터 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 기초해 연령 제한 등급에 따라 구분된 복수의 필터링된 콘텐트에 중에서 상기 클라이언트에 전송할 필터링된 콘텐트를 선택하는 단계; 및
    상기 선택된 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 제공 방법.

    제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계는
    상기 클라이언트로부터 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 기초해 연령 제한 등급에 따라 구분된 복수의 필터링된 콘텐트에 중에서 상기 클라이언트에 전송할 필터링된 콘텐트를 선택하는 단계; 및
    상기 선택된 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 제공 방법.

    제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계는
    상기 클라이언트로부터 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 기초해 필터링된 콘텐트를 생성하는 단계; 및
    상기 선택된 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 제공 방법.

    제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 콘텐트 요청 메시지는 HTTP 요청 메시지이고, 상기 연령 제한에 정보는 상기 HTTP 요청 메시지의 헤더에 포함되는 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 제공 방법.

    클라이언트의 콘텐트를 수신하는 장치에 있어서,
    상기 클라이언트에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 상기 서버에 전송하는 콘텐트요청부;
    상기 요청 메시지에 대한 응답으로 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 서버로부터 수신하는 콘텐트수신부; 및
    상기 수신된 콘텐트를 렌더링(rendering)하는 콘텐트렌더링부를 포함하고,
    상기 필터링된 콘텐트는 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 변경된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 수신 장치.

    제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는
    상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 삭제된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 수신 장치.

    제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는
    상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 대체된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 수신 장치.

    서버의 콘텐트를 제공하는 장치에 있어서,
    상기 클라이언트에 설정된 연령 제한에 대한 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트 요청 메시지를 상기 클라이언트로부터 수신하는 요청수신부; 및
    상기 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 콘텐트제공부를 포함하고,
    상기 필터링된 콘텐트는 상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 변경된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 제공 장치.

    제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는
    상기 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 따라 콘텐트의 일부가 삭제된 콘텐트인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 제공 장치.

    제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 필터링된 콘텐트는

    제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 콘텐트제공부는
    상기 클라이언트로부터 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 기초해 연령 제한 등급에 따라 구분된 복수의 필터링된 콘텐트에 중에서 상기 클라이언트에 전송할 필터링된 콘텐트를 선택하고, 상기 선택된 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 제공 장치.

    제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 콘텐트제공부는
    상기 클라이언트로부터 수신된 연령 제한에 대한 정보에 기초해 연령 제한 등급에 따라 구분된 복수의 필터링된 콘텐트에 중에서 상기 클라이언트에 전송할 필터링된 콘텐트를 선택하고, 상기 선택된 필터링된 콘텐트를 상기 클라이언트에 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐트 제공 장치.
