Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt eine Solarzelle (100) mit Lichtfalle. Eine Ausführungsform der Solarzelle (100) weist ein photovoltaisches Element (101) mit einer Vorderseite (102) und einer gegenüberliegenden Rückseite (103) auf. Ein holografisches Element (104) ist an der Vorderseite des photovoltaischen Elements (101) angeordnet, wobei es wenigstens einen Teil einfallenden Lichtes (105) hindurchlässt und so in das photovoltaische Element (101) umlenkt, ohne es dabei zu konzentrieren, dass es eine optische Wegverlängerung zwischen Vorderseite (102) und Rückseite (103) erfährt.
