L'invention porte sur un toner multicolore et sur un procédé de préparation du toner, les composants du toner multicolore comprenant : une résine polymère d'émulsion, un pigment multicolore, une poudre magnétique multicolore, un contrôleur de charge, une cire, un dispersant aqueux, du dioxyde de silicium, du silazane d'héxaméthyle, du dichlorosilane de diméthyle. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : mélanger ensemble la résine polymère d'émulsion, un pigment multicolore, une poudre magnétique multicolore, un contrôleur de charge, une cire et un dispersant aqueux, les agiter de manière uniforme pour obtenir une solution mélangée, puis sécher la dissolution mélangée pour donner un objet granulaire à 160-300°C à l'aide d'un séchoir-atomiseur, tamiser l'objet granulaire, puis ajouter le dioxyde de silicium, le silizane d'héxaméthyle et le dichlorosilane de diméthyle dans l'objet granulaire de manière uniforme de façon à produire le toner. La présente invention présente un coût faible et ne polluera pas l'environnement.
