Abstract
本発明は、入力信号を定められた第一のフレーム毎に周波数領域信号に変換する変換手段と、第一のフレームと異なるように第二のフレームを生成するフレーム生成手段と、第二のフレームに含まれる第一のフレームの周波数領域信号から代表周波数領域信号を生成する代表周波数領域信号生成手段と、代表周波数領域信号に基づいて、第二のフレームの雑音抑圧の程度を求める雑音抑制程度算出手段とを有することを特徴とする雑音抑圧装置である。
