Abstract

[PROBLEMS] To provide a transparent laminate made of an organic/ inorganic material which is nonbrittle even in a region of high inorganic fine particle content and has a high refractive index. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A process for the production of laminates which comprises as the essentials the step of dispersing inorganic fine particles in a solution containing an organic solvent by using a hyperbranched polymer consisting of a polycondensate of AB2 type molecules, the step of adding at least a polyurethane resin to the obtained dispersion and subjecting the obtained mixture to re-dispersion treatment to form a coating fluid, the step of applying the coating fluid to a substrate, and the step of drying the formed coating through volatilization of the organic solvent within one minute after the application.
