Abstract
燃料極13と、空気極16と、電解質膜17とを有する膜電極接合体2と、燃料分配機構3と、燃料収容部4と、燃料収容部を燃料分配機構に接続する供給流路5とを具備する燃料電池であって、前記燃料分配機構3は、供給流路に連通する燃料注入口31と、燃料極と対向するように開口する複数の燃料排出口27aと、前記燃料注入口から前記燃料排出口に燃料を通流させるために前記燃料注入口および前記燃料排出口にそれぞれ連通する燃料通路20と、を有し、前記燃料通路は、前記燃料注入口から前記燃料排出口までの間に設けられ、前記上流側の燃料通路から前記燃料排出口までの間において上流側から下流側に移行するに従って流路断面形状および分岐構造がそれぞれ調整され、所望の流路抵抗を有する複数の分岐通路21-27とを有する。
