Abstract

【課題】 特に、原点検出用磁石の相対移動方向の両側に補助磁石を設けて、磁気抵抗効果素子に進入する水平磁場成分を原点非検出空間内で確保できるようにし、従来に比べて高精度に原点検出を行えるようにした原点検出装置を提供することを目的としている。 【解決手段】 原点Pから原点検出用磁石1の移動方向(X方向)の両側には夫々、補助磁石80,81が設けられている。前記原点検出用磁石1と前記補助磁石80,81間の原点非検出空間α,β内にて磁気抵抗効果素子に進入する水平磁場成分H1が確保されるように、前記原点検出用磁石1及び前記補助磁石80,81が着磁されている。
