Abstract

 細径電線においても、電線の導体同士を接合した接合部の剥離強度に優れるワイヤーハーネスを提供すること。  部分的に導体14が露出された複数本の絶縁電線12と、露出された導体14を束ねる金属箔20とを有し、複数本の絶縁電線12が、露出された導体部分14で金属箔20により束ねられ、束ねられた導体14が超音波溶接などによって溶接されて、金属箔20の内側に、導体14を構成する素線16同士が接合された接合部が存在するワイヤーハーネス10とする。素線16や金属箔20を形成する金属は、銅、銅合金、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金などが好ましく、素線16と金属箔20とは、同種の金属で形成されていると良い。導体断面積は、0.35mm2以下であると良い。
