Abstract

 配向がほとんどなく且つ透明性の高いフィルムを得ることが可能な熱可塑性樹脂製光学フィルムの製造方法を提供する。  熱可塑性樹脂製光学フィルムの製造方法は、溶融状体とされた熱可塑性樹脂をTダイから吐出してフィルム状に成形する成形工程と、フィルム状に成形された溶融樹脂を、冷却ロール16と、帯状体14aの内部にゴム製ロール14bが配置されたタッチロール14とによって挟圧することで、冷却固化させる冷却工程とを備える。冷却工程では、冷却ロール16の表面温度T1が下記式(1)によって示される条件を満たすように設定されており、帯状体14aの表面温度T2が下記式(2)によって示される条件を満たすように設定されている。     Tg-30°C≦T1≦Tg+50°C・・・(1)     T1+10°C≦T2≦T1+150°C・・・(2)
