Abstract

　配向がほとんどなく且つ透明性の高いフィルムを得ることが可能な熱可塑性樹脂製光学フィルムの製造方法を提供する。 　熱可塑性樹脂製光学フィルムの製造方法は、溶融状体とされた熱可塑性樹脂をＴダイから吐出してフィルム状に成形する成形工程と、フィルム状に成形された溶融樹脂を、冷却ロール１６と、帯状体１４ａの内部にゴム製ロール１４ｂが配置されたタッチロール１４とによって挟圧することで、冷却固化させる冷却工程とを備える。冷却工程では、冷却ロール１６の表面温度Ｔ１が下記式（１）によって示される条件を満たすように設定されており、帯状体１４ａの表面温度Ｔ２が下記式（２）によって示される条件を満たすように設定されている。 　　　　Ｔｇ－３０°C≦Ｔ１≦Ｔｇ＋５０°C・・・（１） 　　　　Ｔ１＋１０°C≦Ｔ２≦Ｔ１＋１５０°C・・・（２）
