Abstract

 本発明は、アルミニウム支持体上に画像形成層を有する平版印刷板材料であって、該画像形成層が、連結基を介して環状ウレイド化合物残基を有する、環状ウレイド化合物残基含有フェノール性樹脂を含有し、該環状ウレイド化合物残基は、環状ウレイド化合物と、一置換のハロゲン化アルキル基を有し、且つビニル基、カルボニル基、エステル基またはスルホン酸エステル基を有する連結化合物、とから導かれたものであることを特徴とし、感度に優れ、膜べり耐性に優れ、赤外レーザ露光、現像が可能な、平版印刷版材料およびそれに用いられる環状ウレイド化合物残基含有フェノール性樹脂が提供できる。
