Abstract

　本願発明はインスリン様成長因子-１産生促進剤の提供を主な課題とし、その主たる用途である出血性ショックや血流障害に基づく虚血再潅流が原因の種々の臓器及び組織障害（腎障害、肝障害、脊髄障害、胃粘膜障害）に対する新規な予防・治療剤を提供することを課題とする。血漿由来または遺伝子組換え技術を駆使して調製される免疫グロブリンGのFc領域を含む分子種を有効成分とするインスリン様成長因子-１産生促進剤、及びその一態様である虚血再潅流に起因する種々の臓器及び組織障害の予防・治療剤。
