Abstract

　本発明の課題は、皮膚表面に穿孔や刺創を作らないために内視鏡とともに導入され、切開した粘膜の端部を折り返すように、引っ張ることでカウンタートラクションをかけることができる粘膜切開剥離術補助具を提供することにある。 　本発明の粘膜切開剥離術補助具は、切開剥離する粘膜の端部の複数箇所に複数のある繋ぎ部材を備え付ける。これにより、弾性部材が引っ張られることで生じる復元力により、繋ぎ部材を介して、粘膜の端部を切開剥離する粘膜の内側に折り返すように引っ張り、カウンタートラクションをかけることができる。
