Abstract

 従来の方法に比べ、低エネルギーで目的とする粒子径の生体摂取物を得ることができる製造方法を提供することを課題とするものであって、薬理活性物質を含有する分散相の被処理流動体と、少なくとも分散溶媒よりなる連続相の被処理流動体とを、各々独立した状態を保持したまま、それぞれの相に対応する独立した経路を通じて、対向して配設された近接・離反可能な処理用面をもつ、少なくとも一方が他方に対して回転する処理用面の間にできる薄膜流体中で混合することにより、分散相の被処理流動体に含まれた成分が所望の粒子径を有する微小粒子となる。
