Abstract

 浸炭歯車の面圧疲労強度、衝撃強度及び曲げ疲労強度の全ての特性を向上させ、低コストのガス浸炭で浸炭部品の強度を向上させるはだ焼鋼が提供される。このはだ焼き鋼は、質量%で、C:0.10~0.35%、Si:0.40~1.50%、Mn:0.10~1.50%、P:0.030%以下、S:0.030%以下、Cr:0.50~3.00%、Ti:0.02~0.20%、Al:0.005~0.050%、B:0.0010~0.0050%、N:0.0100%以下、Ni:0~3.00%、Mo:0~1.00%、Nb:0~0.20%、V:0~0.20%、ならびに残部Feおよび不可避不純物からなり、Ti>3.4N、7Si+3Cr+Mn≧7.0を満足し、ガス浸炭時の浸炭異常層深さが10μm以下である。
