Abstract
テープストリッピング法により採取された皮膚角質層からステロイドホルモンをLC-MSで分析することにより皮膚角質層中のエストロゲンをはじめとするステロイドホルモンを定量する。これにより、皮膚性状に重要な働きを有するエストロゲンをはじめとするステロイドホルモンの皮膚中の濃度を、簡便に測定できるようにする。
