Abstract

眼底のＯＣＴ画像中における血管位置を特定する処理の確度の向上を図る。眼底観察装置１は、眼底Ｅｆの断層画像を形成する機能と、眼底Ｅｆの表面の２次元画像（眼底画像Ｅｆ′）を撮影する機能とを具備する。眼底観察装置１の演算制御装置２００は、断層画像中の血管領域を特定するとともに、眼底画像Ｅｆ′中の血管領域を特定する。更に、演算制御装置２００は、断層画像中の血管領域と眼底画像Ｅｆ′中の血管領域との共通領域を求め、断層画像中における当該共通領域を特定する。また、演算制御装置２００は、共通領域の画像を断層画像から消去するとともに、共通領域内の層位置を推定し、この層位置を表す画像を共通領域に付加する。また、演算制御装置２００は、この層位置を表す画像に基づいて、共通領域における眼底Ｅｆの層厚を求める。
