Abstract

Provided is a scintillator panel wherein deterioration of sharpness is eliminated by preventing characteristic deterioration of a phosphor layer of a scintillator panel due to chemical deterioration of the phosphor layer with time by using a moisture-proof protection film. In the scintillator panel, the phosphor layer is arranged on a substrate, and furthermore, the protection layer is arranged on the phosphor layer. The surface roughness (Ra) of the protection layer is 0.01-0.1μm.
