Abstract

　塗布時、塗布後の感触に優れ、シクロスポリンの経皮吸収性を高めることにより、低濃度で薬効が発揮される皮膚外用医薬組成物を提供する。 　シクロスポリン、親水性非イオン界面活性剤、親油性非イオン界面活性剤、油分、室温で油分に溶解しない脂肪酸、室温で油分に溶解しない固形高級アルコール及び室温で油分と混和しない水溶性多価アルコールを含有する液晶乳化型の医薬組成物およびそれを用いた皮膚疾患の治療方法。
