Abstract

炭素源として液状のフェノール樹脂（ＰＬ－２８１８）を用いて、液状混合物に不活性ガスを導入しながら排出ガスを排気する。その後、減圧雰囲気下で液状混合物を乾燥させることにより、液状混合物中に溶存する窒素を低減させる。これにより、焼成後の炭化珪素中の窒素含有量を低減させることができる。
