Abstract

　３価クロムイオンを含む化成処理液によって得られた化成皮膜についての新たな６価クロムイオン溶出抑制手段を提供する。 　０．１ｇ／Ｌ以上のポリフェノールと、クロムイオン濃度換算で１．５ｇ／Ｌ以上の水溶性３価クロム化合物とを含み、ｐＨが６以下である化成処理のための組成物であって、部材の金属表面に当該組成物を接触させて形成された化成皮膜における、８０°C，１００％ＲＨの環境に１２０時間暴露したときの６価クロム濃度が、ＥＮ１５２０５に準拠した分析方法で得られる濃度として０．０４μｇ／ｃｍ２以下である。このポリフェノールを０．１ｇ／Ｌ以上含む組成物を、通常の化成処理によって得られた化成皮膜の後処理のための組成物として使用してもよい。
