Abstract

La présente invention concerne une boisson au café conditionnée dans un récipient qui conserve la saveur originale du café tout en garantissant une grande stabilité de stockage. Ladite boisson est produite en mélangeant un extrait de café liquide, obtenu par extraction à l'eau chaude à une température comprise entre 30 et 65 oC, avec un extrait de café sec, présentant une absorbance inférieure ou égale à 0,8 à une longueur d'onde de 680 nm par pourcent en masse de matières solides solubles après dissolution dans l'eau, et par conditionnement dans un récipient. Cette procédure est appliquée de préférence à une boisson au café sans sucre (café noir). De plus, cette procédure s'applique idéalement à une boisson chaude.
