Abstract

【課題】 磁石とコイルとを用いて可動部を駆動し、前記磁石に対向する磁気検知部を用いて可動部の移動位置を正確に検知できるようにする。 【解決手段】 可動部に磁石21が設けられ、固定部にコイル22と磁気検知部23が設けられている。磁気検知部23はコイル22の側方で、且つ磁石21と上下方向に重ならない位置に配置されている。磁石21の対向面21aから発せられる磁束とコイル22に流れる電流により、磁石21がY方向へ移動させられる。磁気検知部23はX-Y平面内の磁界成分を検知でき、その検知出力により磁石21の移動位置を検知できる。しかも磁気検知部23はX-Z面内の磁界の成分には反応しないため、コイル22に流れる電流による電流磁界によって磁気検知部23の検知出力が影響を受けることがない。
