Abstract

 本発明は、特定構造のポリエステルを含有する樹脂溶液、光学フィルムおよびその製造方法に関する。さらに、本発明は、前記光学フィルムを用いた光学積層体、偏光板、画像表示装置に関する。前記ポリエステルは、ビスフェノールと芳香族ジカルボン酸の重縮合物であることが好ましく、ハロゲン原子を含有しないことがさらに好ましい。前記ポリエステルは、溶剤への溶解性が高いため、本発明の光学フィルムは生産性に劣れ、かつ、生産時の環境負荷を低減できる。
