Abstract

　ブラダー内に充満している流体の少なくとも一部を排出し、加圧媒体で置き換えるガスブロー工程の実行中のブラダー内の圧力を一定に保持する。 　加硫機（１），（３）内の生タイヤの温度差及び過加硫を防止するため、ブラダー内に充満している加熱媒体又は加熱媒体と加圧媒体との混合流体の少なくとも一部を排出するためのガスブロー用配管とを有する。ガスブロー用配管には、コントロール弁（３５），（４３）と、圧力センサ（４５）と、圧力センサ（４５）により検出された圧力が所定値となるように、コントロール弁（３５），（４３）の開度を制御する圧力コントローラ（４７）とが設けられている。
