Abstract

 燃料電池発電システム100は、炭化水素系の原料中の硫黄成分を吸着する吸着脱硫部5を着脱可能に保持する機構と、吸着脱硫部5を通過した原料から水素含有ガスを生成する改質部と、水素含有ガスを燃料として発電する燃料電池8と、吸着脱硫部5に供給する原料の流量を制御する原料供給部4と、原料供給部4および燃料電池8の動作を制御する運転制御部16とを備え、運転制御部16は、吸着脱硫部5の交換が検知されると、燃料電池8による発電電力の目標値に対する流量の比が、交換前における発電電力の目標値に対する流量の比よりも一時的に大きくなるように、原料供給部4および燃料電池8の動作のうち少なくとも一方を制御する。
