Abstract

L'invention concerne une découpe de carton enrobée de plastique permettant de former une boîte asymétrique en carton présentant un bord de soudure replié comportant un panneau de fermeture supérieur avant (13) s'étendant depuis un panneau de corps avant (3) vers un panneau de corps arrière (1) et chevauchant un panneau de fermeture supérieur arrière de plus petites dimensions (11). Afin que le bord de soudure (21-25) ne dépasse pas au-delà du panneau de corps arrière (1), le bord libre (26) du bord de soudure présente des encoches en V (56) entre les sous-panneaux d'étanchéité (21 et 23) dans l'anneau des sous-panneaux d'étanchéité (21 à 25). Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un sous-panneau intermédiaire lenticulaire se trouve entre le panneau de corps arrière (1) et le panneau de fermeture supérieur arrière (11) pour former un évidement à la place de l'arête formée par le contour (52). Il est également possible d'avoir des pliures incurvées à la place ou en plus des pliures rectilignes (40) et (41) formant un renflement dans les panneaux de fermeture supérieurs avant et arrière associés (13 et 119).
