Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un conditionnement de produit liquide contenant de la levure comprenant au moins un matériau perméable dont la surface d'échange S est telle que le rapport S/M est d'au moins 1,2 avec S exprimé en cm2 et M la masse du produit liquide exprimé en g et dont le coefficient de perméabilité CP à l'O2 est compris entre 200 et 9000 cm3/m2.24h.bar, et/ou le coefficient de perméabilité CP au CO2 est compris entre 800 à 45000 cm3/m2.24h.bar. L'invention a également pour objet l'utilisation d'un tel conditionnement pour contenir un produit liquide contenant de la levure. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de conservation et d'utilisation de produit liquide contenant de la levure.
