Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de séchage (100) pour boues d'épuration, comprenant une unité de chauffage (110) destinée au chauffage des boues d'épuration et présentant une ouverture d'admission des boues (111) pour l'introduction des boues d'épuration humides, et une ouverture d'évacuation des boues (112) pour l'évacuation des boues d'épuration séchées, ainsi qu'une ouverture d'admission des gaz (121) pour l'amenée des gaz chauds dans l'unité de chauffage (110) et une ouverture d'évacuation des gaz (122) pour l'évacuation des gaz chauds. En vue d'améliorer la rentabilité du dispositif par rapport aux dispositifs connus, l'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un transport de boues d'épuration de l'ouverture d'admission des boues (111) à l'ouverture d'évacuation des boues (112) s'effectue via une unité de transport à vis d'Archimède (130), montée à l'intérieur de l'unité de chauffage (110), entraînée en rotation au moyen d'une unité d'entraînement (131).
