Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de protection des filetages sur l'extrémité de tube qui inclut un cadre rigide cylindrique (1) comportant une bride sur une extrémité ainsi qu'un boîtier assemblé sur le cadre rigide (1) et pourvu d'une couverture arrière en dent de scie ; des filetages (4) sont positionnés à la périphérique dudit boîtier, lesdits filetages (4) correspondant aux filetages de l'extrémité de tube ; des rainures (5) sont placées à la périphérie du cadre rigide cylindrique (1) ; et ledit boîtier est fixé au cadre rigide cylindrique (1) par un procédé de moulage par injection progressif. Il présente une structure rationnelle, ne peut pas facilement se contracter et se déformer, peut résister aux variations de hautes et basses températures, et possède une grande précision dimensionnelle. Il améliore les propriétés anti-impact, permet d'éviter un déchaussement, économise l'énergie et peut être intensivement prolongé et appliqué.
