Abstract
L'invention concerne un élément transducteur ou un réseau de transducteurs à ultrasons pouvant être manipulé à distance qui permet à un opérateur de système à ultrasons de se trouver à distance d'un patient et de commander l'emplacement de l'élément ou du réseau de transducteurs sur le corps d'un patient notamment sur la surface de sa peau ou dans sa cavité corporelle. Elle concerne également un élément transducteur ou un réseau de transducteurs associés à des moteurs et à des circuits de commande comprenant un ensemble dans un boîtier destiné à la fixation au corps humain ou dans celui-ci et, destiné à être placé une fois, puis manipulé à distance dans des directions de rotation, de torsion, ou de façon linéaire dans des première et seconde directions perpendiculaires, dans un plan parallèle à la surface du corps humain, et commandé à distance pour offrir un traitement thérapeutique, diagnostique ou d'imagerie d'une zone corporelle interne d'intérêt étudiée. Dans l'un des modes de réalisation, le boîtier comprend au moins un moteur et un réseau de transducteurs qui est monté sur un rotor du moteur par l'intermédiaire d'un ensemble d'embrayage facultatif en vue d'une rotation, par exemple, de 180° de sorte que des plans multiples d'imagerie puissent être obtenus, notamment du coeur ou d'un autre organe du corps à partir de la surface de la peau. Le transducteur à ultrasons ou l'ensemble de réseau de transducteurs pouvant être manipulé à distance possède un émetteur-transmetteur sans fil à identificateur unique permettant de communiquer avec une ou plusieurs stations de travail, chacune possédant un identificateur unique. Les moteurs peuvent offrir un mouvement d'axe longitudinal, linéaire, un mouvement perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal, une rotation, une torsion ou une mise au point. Les informations de commande peuvent comprendre une fréquence d'impulsion, un retard entre les éléments, une formation de faisceau, une heure, une direction, une fréquence, une amplitude et analogue afin de commander un ou plusieurs éléments transducteurs ou réseaux de transducteurs à des fins thérapeutiques, diagnostiques ou d'imagerie.
