Abstract

　ターボ分子ポンプは、ポンプ吸気側からポンプ排気側に向かって外径が小さくなるように配置された複数段の回転翼と、複数段の回転翼に対して回転軸方向に交互に配設され、半円状に２分割された複数段の固定翼とを備えるターボ分子ポンプにおいて、複数段の回転翼の最大外径よりも外径が小さな回転翼の下流側に配置される固定翼は、固定翼外周部に設けられた円弧状のリブと、リブからポンプ吸気側へと立設され、回転翼の径方向先端に近接して対向する円弧状の壁部とを有し、内径が最大外径よりも大きく、壁部を有する固定翼を所定位置に位置決めするスペーサリングを備える。
