Abstract

　装置の嵩高を招来することなく、砂をバラバラにして確実に滅菌処理できるようにした細砂の滅菌処理装置を提供する。 　細砂を加熱して滅菌するようにした細砂の滅菌処理装置(10)において、閉断面形状に構成され、上流受取り口(13B)と下流送出し口(13C)を有し、下流送出し口(13C)が上流受取り口(13B)に比して低くなるように傾斜され、上流受取り口(13B)で処理すべき細砂を受け、振動を加えることによって細砂を一粒一粒ずつ飛び跳ねさせながら下流送出し口(13C)に向けて送り、内部の高温雰囲気によって細砂を滅菌する滅菌チャンバー(13)と、該滅菌チャンバー(13)に設けられ、上記滅菌チャンバー(13)内に高温雰囲気を形成するバーナー(14)と、滅菌チャンバー(13)の下流送出し口(13C)から送り出された滅菌済みの細砂を受ける受け手段(17)と、を備える。
