Abstract

Dans sa configuration allongée, la protection se replie pour exposer l'instrument à un contact avec la zone cible de la paroi du vaisseau ; la protection étant disposée de sorte à expulser le fluide du dispositif sous l'action de repli de la protection. L'invention concerne également une gaine de protection destinée à s'ajuster à un dispositif de traitement d'une zone cible de la paroi d'un vaisseau dans le corps d'un humain ou d'un animal, un dispositif de traitement d'une zone cible de la paroi d'un vaisseau humain ou animal, ainsi qu'une méthode permettant de traiter au moins une zone cible de la paroi d'un vaisseau humain ou animal.
