Abstract
A method to extract palm-based polypeptides from palm kernel cake comprises the steps of cleaning palm kernel cake; reacting the palm kernel cake with catalysts in a solution to release the polypeptides entrapped in the palm kernel cake; denaturing the catalysts to stop the reaction; removing remnant of palm kernel cake to obtain the palm-based polypeptides dissolved in the solution.
