Abstract

 パルサー法における検出感度の向上と多遺伝子同時検出が可能な標的物質の検出方法及び検出用キットを提供する。  複数のダイマープローブ又はダイマー形成用プローブと、アシストプローブとを用いてシグナルプローブポリマーを形成させて標的物質を検出する方法であって、各ダイマープローブは5’側領域、中央領域及び3’側領域を含む、2種のダイマー形成用プローブ(2種のダイマー形成用プローブは中央領域が互いに相補的であり且つ3’側領域及び5’側領域が互いに非相補的である)から形成され、複数のダイマープローブは自己集合反応によりダイマープローブのポリマーを形成し得るように構成されており、アシストプローブは1つのダイマープローブの一方のダイマー形成用プローブの5’側領域に相補的な領域、他方のダイマー形成用プローブの3’側領域に相補的な領域、及び標的物質に結合可能なターゲット領域を有するようにした。
