Abstract

A process in which a granular carboxylated polymer particulate exhibiting a specified moderate particle size and a high bulk density can be easily produced. The process for producing a granular carboxylated polymer particulate is characterized by including the steps of producing carboxylated polymer particles; producing an aggregate of carboxylated polymer particles in the presence of an inert solvent and an alcohol; and drying the aggregate of carboxylated polymer particles.
