Abstract

La présente invention a trait à des capteurs luminescents qui sont configurés de manière à ce que des effets plasmoniques contribuent de façon opérationnelle à la sortie des capteurs. Selon un agencement préféré, la présente invention fournit un capteur doté d'un élément optique qui procède de façon opérationnelle à la génération d'un signal de luminescence pour une détection ultérieure, l'élément optique étant configuré de manière à ce que les effets plasmoniques contribuent de façon opérationnelle à la génération et/ou à la capture du signal de luminescence. L'invention a également trait à une plate-forme de biopuce optique dotée ayant une structure plasmonique destinée à détecter une fluorescence au tout autre signal luminescent et à des configurations ou à des systèmes de capteur optique qui utilisent une puce optique.
