Abstract

A portable ultrasonic mist generator in which air-cooling of a power transistor (13) for driving an ultrasonic vibrator (3) can be economically and effectively performed. A flow passage (11) is formed between a fan (9) and a tank (2). A heat sink member (12) is installed in the flow passage (11). The power transistor (13) is combined with a heat sink member (12), and connected to the ultrasonic vibrator (3). Furthermore, an electronic device (14) is connected to the power transistor (13), and the ultrasonic vibrator (3) is driven by the electronic device (14) and the power transistor (13). Liquids (5, 6) in the tank (2) are ultrasonically vibrated, whereby a liquid column (17) is jetted out from the liquid level (16) and mist is generated by the liquid column (17).
