Abstract

L'invention porte sur une unité de brûleur qui produit un gaz chaud par combustion d'un combustible de biomasse particulaire et mélange du gaz de combustion chaud résultant avec un flux d'air à l'aide d'une unité de mélange statique (16) contenant des déflecteurs (42-48) pour assurer un mélange complet. L'unité de combustion comporte un premier conduit horizontal (18) de matériau résistant à la chaleur et au-dessus duquel se trouve un second conduit horizontal (20) de matériau résistant à la chaleur; ces conduits communiquent à travers un plénum de gaz (24) dans lequel la cendre peut être collectée. A l'autre extrémité du second conduit horizontal (20) se trouve la sortie des gaz de combustion chauds (34). Les déflecteurs (42-48) assurent que le mélange se produit dans une pluralité d'étages.
