Abstract

Disclosed is a rubber composition for footwear containing 100 parts by mass of a polymer composition which contains not less than 10% by mass of a modified conjugated diene copolymer (A) obtained by modifying an end of a conjugated diene copolymer composed of a conjugated diene compound and an aromatic vinyl compound and having a modification rate of not less than 50%, and 1-150 parts by mass of an inorganic filler (B). This rubber composition for footwear is characterized in that the modified conjugated diene copolymer (A) satisfies the following conditions (1)-(3). (1) The bonding amount of the aromatic vinyl compound is 25-75% by mass. (2) The block bonding amount of the aromatic vinyl compound is 3-50% by mass. (3) An end is modified with a low molecular weight compound which has an amino group and an alkoxysilyl group in a molecule.
