Abstract
血中等、生体試料検体中のβ-アミロイドの測定手法を工夫し、MCIの診断に応用することにある。β-アミロイド1-42のC末端部分を認識する抗体を用いる免疫測定法によって、生体試料検体中の、β-アミロイド1-42とβ-アミロイド1-42のC末端部分を保有するβ-アミロイド1-42断片のトータル量を測定することによりMCIの検定を可能とした。前記免疫測定法が、競合的免疫測定法であることが好ましい。
