Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung von Mehrkomponentenspritzgussverfahren, insbesondere Zweikomponenten- spritzgussverfahren.The invention relates to a device for carrying out multicomponent injection molding, in particular two-component injection molding.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist daher eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung von Mehrkomponentenspritzgussverfahren, insbesondere Zweikomponenten- spritzgussverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Werkzeug eine oder mehrere weitere Plastifiziereinheit(en) integriert ist(sind).The invention therefore relates to an apparatus for carrying out multicomponent injection molding processes, in particular two-component injection molding processes, characterized in that one or more further plasticizing unit (s) is (are) integrated in the tool.
Die Plastifiziereinheit kann dabei ein konventionelles Spritzaggregat mit Schnecke, Kolben oder ein Hot-Melt Applikator sein. Das Plastifiziermodul kann daher eine einfache Bauweise aufweisen, wobei das Modul an das Schussgewicht der zur verarbeitenden Formmasse angepasst werden kann.
