Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de stationnement verticalement intégré qui permet que les places de stationnement soient reliées à certains appartements ou bureaux dans un immeuble résidentiel ou commercial. Le système de stationnement prévoit, dans l'immeuble résidentiel, des places de stationnement pour certains appartements résidentiels de telle sorte que la place de stationnement est située au même étage que l'appartement. Le système de stationnement comprend divers dispositifs de précaution de sécurité, tels que des détecteurs de monoxyde de carbone et de dioxyde d'azote, pour protéger les résidants de l'immeuble et un système de détecteur infrarouge est utilisé pour guider et éviter des dégâts aux automobiles.
