Description

DISPOSITIVO DE SUJECIÓN PARA BROCHAS, PINCELES Y SIMILARES HOLDING DEVICE FOR BRUSHES, BRUSHES AND SIMILAR

OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention, as expressed in the statement of this specification, refers to a clamping device for brushes, brushes and the like intended so that by means of a characteristic element incorporating the device it can be hung or held comfortably from the edge of a bucket of paint or others, thus reducing the chances that the bristles of that brush or brush can stain surfaces during use, being a goal to prevent the brush or brush from falling into the paint canister, which will not require cleaning the handle.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Brushes and brushes are now known as painting elements, some of which incorporate through holes in their handles to be able to hang from a protruding extension in a wall or the like when such elements are not used. On the other hand, when the brushes or brushes are not being used, the hole of their handles is not useful for leaving these brushes and brushes at specific times because there are no such protruding extensions where the brush or brush hangs. In these cases the brushes or brushes are left on the floor or another place in a position where the bristles impregnated with traces of paint or other material, rest on a surface that can be stained, and must be cleaned later. One solution could be that when the brushes or brushes are stopped using, for a short period of time, supporting such brushes or brushes on papers or in a canister with liquid, so that on these occasions it can be cumbersome, especially in the case of supporting it on papers. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order to achieve the objectives and avoid the inconveniences mentioned in the previous sections, the invention proposes a clamping device for brushes, brushes and the like which in principle comprises an elongated handle and extreme bristles that are fixed to the handle through means known where a thin envelope plate that hides the adjacent parts of the bristles and handle participates. The device is characterized in that it comprises a narrow frontal appendix that starts from the handle, a frontal appendix that ends in an elbowed section or arched section, so that thanks to this frontal appendix with its angled or arched end it is possible to hang or suspend the brush or brush the top edge of a bucket or can of paint, for example.

The aforementioned front appendix is part of a piece with an end thread or the like where it is fixed to the handle. It is also possible that the front appendix forms an integral part of the handle, for example when it is made of a plastic material.

Among others the advantages of the invention are the following:

- Facilidad para colgar el pincel o brocha en el cubo cuando éste se deje de usar, evitándose dejar el pincel sobre el suelo o sobre papeles .- Easy to hang the brush or brush in the bucket when it is not used, avoiding leaving the brush on the floor or on paper.

Simple placement of the front appendix on any type of brush or brush handle.

- Prevent the brush or brush from falling into the paint bucket, which will not require cleaning the dirty handle.

Next, to facilitate a better understanding of this descriptive report and as an integral part of it, some figures are included in which the object of the invention.

3, permitiendo que esta brocha o pincel pueda quedar suspendida en el borde superior de un cubo o bote de pintura 5.Considering the numbering adopted in the figures, the clamping device for brushes, brushes and the like is determined from a narrow support element 1 type alcayata or similar, which is fixed to the handle 2 of a brush or brush with its bristles. 3, allowing this brush or brush to be suspended at the top edge of a bucket or can of paint 5.

Initially the support element 1 is designed to be composed of a single piece, which will be attached to the brush handle. The part of the support element 1 that protrudes with respect to the handle 2 may have an arcuate, angular or any other suitable shape. The section of said protruding part may also have any section.

When the support element 1 is not an integral part of the handle, the section by which it is fixed to the handle may be determined by a returned portion 4.

Apart from the advantages cited in the description section of the invention, another advantage is that by leaving the brush or brush positioned on the edge of a bucket or paint can, the bristles of the brush or brush will normally be suspended in the air cantilever without contact any surface, thus avoiding any possibility of staining surfaces that do not apply.
